Description

Join a multidisciplinary concierge primary care clinic focused on exceptional adult medicine and superior patient experiences. You will provide comprehensive primary care in a collaborative environment, help shape adult medicine in the community, and support quality improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care services to adult (and pediatric) patients within a concierge model
• Deliver high-quality, relationship-based care and maintain strong patient satisfaction
• Participate in and potentially lead quality improvement projects
• Mentor early-career clinicians and contribute to clinic culture
• Help shape clinical protocols, enhance patient safety initiatives, and support continuous improvement

Requirements

• Board Certified Internal Medicine or Family Medicine physician
• 5+ years of post-grad experience
• Outstanding bedside manner
• Ability to navigate complex clinical scenarios and deliver excellent customer service
• Experience and sensitivity with diverse populations
