Description

Provide patient-centered, comprehensive primary care in a concierge-style model. Deliver proactive treatment plans with timely follow-up, perform comprehensive annual physical exams, and educate patients on key health topics. Coordinate care with specialists and participate in after-hours patient care when required.

• Develop appropriate treatment plans and proactively manage follow-up communication
• Conduct comprehensive annual physical exams and provide patient education
• Participate in after-hours patient care when required
• Coordinate care with specialists and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
• Enhance member experience and create value for patients

Requirements

• Virginia Medical License required
• Experience working in primary care
• Previous concierge experience is a plus, not required
• Experience in Anti-Aging / Regenerative Medicine preferred, not required
• Proven success building deep, respectful, long-term relationships with patients
• Excellent medical and diagnostic expertise with strong rapport-building
• Commitment to patient advocacy and leading-edge, evidence-based medicine
• Superior verbal and written communication skills; outstanding bedside manner
• Collaborative spirit and willingness to support staff and practice operations
