Join a concierge-style primary care practice focused on highly personalized, physician-led care. You’ll deliver comprehensive, proactive, preventive medicine with timely follow-up and coordination with specialists, while emphasizing member experience and value-driven healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional, patient-centered, comprehensive primary care services in a concierge-style model

• Direct appropriate treatment plans; be proactive with patient care and timely with follow-up communication

• Perform comprehensive annual physical exams and provide education on health topics

• Participate in after-hours patient care when required

• Coordinate care with specialists and collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams

• Focus on creating value for patients and enhancing the member experience

Requirements

• Virginia Medical License required

• Experience working in primary care

• Anti-Aging / Regenerative Medicine experience preferred (not required)

• Proven success building deep, respectful, long-term relationships with patients

• Excellent medical and diagnostic expertise and ability to build strong rapport

• Commitment to patient advocacy and leading-edge, evidence-based medicine

• Superior verbal and written communication skills; outstanding bedside manner

• Collaborative spirit and willingness to support staff and practice operations
