This is a concierge medicine opportunity for a Board Certified Internal Medicine Physician with 3+ years of post-graduate experience in Napa, California. The practice offers a small patient panel, flexible scheduling, and the option to grow your panel for higher compensation. You will see 3–8 patients per day in person, with some visits taking place in ALF settings, while serving a senior-heavy patient population.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-person internal medicine care for a small concierge patient panel

• Care for 70–80% senior patients

• See 3–8 patients per day in person (including some in ALF)

• Leverage autonomy to manage scheduling and panel growth

• Work within a collegial, collaborative group and maintain excellent bedside manner

Requirements

• Board Certified in Internal Medicine

• 3+ years of post-graduate experience

• Outstanding bedside manner
