Description

Join a concierge anti-aging primary care practice focused on proactive, personalized care. You’ll lead patient care as the medical expert, providing concierge-based management and staying current with modern anti-aging protocols and advanced lab interpretation. The center supports growth through mentorship, a systematized practice, and a competitive financial package with strong work-life balance.

Responsibilities

• Lead patient care as the medical expert of the center
• See 8–12 adult patients per day between 9:00am–4:30pm, 4 days per week
• Provide personalized care in a concierge primary care model to a client base of 300–400
• Be available to clients via phone and email for emergency situations on a rotating schedule
• Maintain meticulous, professional patient records
• Provide care with professionalism and a consistently pleasant demeanor
• Treat staff with respect, listen to feedback, and lead with grace
• Seek new ways to innovate in delivering anti-aging care
• Stay in good standing with licensure and required certifications

Requirements

• US MD or DO (DO preferred) or international equivalent from an accredited institution
• American Medical or International Medical Graduate acceptable
• Board Certified or eligible
• Minimum 5 years total applicable experience (including residency, clinical practice, or relevant industry)
• Minimum 3 years of experience treating patients
• 1–3 experiences in a leadership capacity (projects, teams, initiatives)
• Strongly preferred: completion of a US residency or equivalent
• Strongly preferred: active US license (or international equivalent)
• Strongly preferred: IFM, A4M training
• Excellent written and oral interpersonal and communication skills
• Highly ethical approach with patient treatment first
• Self-starter with a driving personality and willingness to take on responsibilities
• Desire for increasing professional growth
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without restriction
