Description

Primary care physicians serve as the front door for patients, providing excellent care and a high-quality patient experience within a large, coordinated primary care network. This outpatient practice emphasizes support for clinical delivery, education opportunities, and coordinated access to ancillary services.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary care in an outpatient clinic setting
• Deliver coordinated, high-quality patient care
• Manage day-to-day patient panels, targeting 20–22 patients per day when fully mature
• Participate in resident rotation and practice-based education

Requirements

• Board-certified or board-eligible Internal Medicine/Family Medicine Physician
• Active Ohio Medical License in good standing upon effective date of employment
