The practice has net collections of roughly $4M annually, with additional upside anticipated as growth continues and associate physicians join part-time. Compensation is based on a NET collections percentage (approximately 35%, tiering up to 40% after collection milestones), with a possible equity stake in a holdco entity.

Responsibilities

• Provide retina ophthalmology services, including retina drug injections

• Support clinic operations at a single-location practice

• Retina fellowship training

• Experienced Retina physician

• Full-time availability
