Description

The Division of Ophthalmology and Optometry is expanding and seeks a physician interested in comprehensive ophthalmology to join its team. Fellowship training in glaucoma, cornea, or retina is preferred, with the opportunity to grow specialized services quickly based on significant local demand. The role includes clinical work in newly built clinics supported by a collaborative group of physicians and trained technicians.

Responsibilities

• Deliver strong diagnostic, management, and surgical ophthalmic care

• Uphold high ethical and moral standards

Requirements

• Medical degree

• Successful completion of an internship

• Successful completion of an ophthalmology residency

• State license

• Expert working knowledge of eye diseases, functions, and anatomy

• Strong organizational, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
