Description

Work with cross-functional stakeholders to assess, validate, and improve business processes using process mining, analytics, and automation. Implement end-to-end process mining solutions—from system connection and data transformation to data modeling and optimization recommendations—using tools such as Celonis, UiPath, and ABBYY Timeline. Facilitate training for stakeholders, develop process mining strategies and roadmaps, and identify improvement opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess, validate, and improve business processes via process mining, analytics, and automation

• Implement end-to-end process flows using process mining tools (Celonis, UiPath, ABBYY Timeline, and others), including system connections, data transformation, data modeling, and process analysis with optimization recommendations

• Identify process improvement potential and develop strategies to realize value

• Conduct training and coaching sessions for stakeholders on process mining tools

• Create process mining strategies and implementation roadmaps

Requirements

• Education in computer science, information technology, business information technology, mathematics, or a related field

• Experience with data visualization using process mining and/or business intelligence tools, with end-user focus

• Data extraction experience from various sources (e.g., SAP, Oracle, MS SQL)

• Data transformation and performance-optimized modeling

• Strong knowledge of SQL and/or similar languages

• Ability to understand business demands and domain knowledge to define service priorities

• Experience working with stakeholders and challenging requirements to achieve best results

• Ability to work independently and combine technical knowledge with communication skills

• Several years of IT experience in cross-functional and international teams (business and data analytics, data-driven consulting, or similar)

• English fluency

• Strong presentation skills, including explaining technical concepts to non-technical audiences
