Description

You’ll be a hands-on technical contributor building custom front-end architecture for high-impact learning experiences. The work involves React and custom HTML5/JavaScript development within an Adapt framework, with frequent use of AI and agentic workflows to accelerate coding and prototyping. You’ll also connect front-end experiences to API services to enable features such as LLM-driven simulations, dynamic AI feedback, chatbots, and advanced xAPI tracking.

Responsibilities

• Build tailored eLearning front-end experiences using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React within the Adapt framework

• Use AI coding assistants and agentic workflows to automate repetitive tasks and prototype custom HTML5 logic

• Integrate front-end learning experiences with middle-layer API servers

• Propose technical architecture solutions and collaborate with instructional designers, graphic designers, and project managers

Requirements

• Proven web developer experience with a strong portfolio of web applications and/or interactive learning modules

• Deep front-end expertise in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, and component-based frameworks (e.g., React)

• Experience using AI tools for coding (write, debug, optimize) and implementing AI APIs in web apps

• Experience with responsive design, accessibility standards (WCAG/508), LMS integration (SCORM/xAPI), and localization

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to propose creative technical solutions

• Excellent English communication (written and verbal)

• Ability to work independently and deliver with high ownership

• Flexibility to learn new tools as needed

• Availability for US daytime hours
