Description

You will develop and maintain the self-service web frontend for a platform built on microservices architecture, used on-premise and in an internal cloud. The work includes building UI with React/Next.js and Material UI, implementing authentication with NextAuth.js, and integrating with backend APIs using React Query for server state management. You will also analyze existing code and reconstruct/document system behavior under limited documentation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the self-service web frontend using React and Next.js

• Build user interfaces with Material UI

• Implement and ensure correct authentication mechanisms with NextAuth.js

• Perform code analysis and reconstruct/document how the system works with limited documentation

• Integrate the frontend with backend APIs and manage server data state with React Query

Requirements

• Ability to learn the existing system from inside it despite limited documentation (software archaeology)

• Experience delivering projects in microservices environments (on-premise and internal cloud)

• Experience using React Query to manage server-side data state

• Ability to build interfaces with Material UI

• Experience delivering projects based on React

• Knowledge of Node.js as the runtime environment

• Practical knowledge of Next.js

• Knowledge of NextAuth.js
