Description

Develop innovative, customer-oriented frontend solutions for e-commerce shops within a cross-functional team. You will design and implement scalable frontend architectures, build reusable React/TypeScript components, ensure pixel-perfect UI/UX, and continuously improve user experience. You’ll also strengthen frontend quality with Clean Code, Test-Driven Development, automated tests, and by optimizing performance and accessibility.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, design, and implement new features from idea to production

• Develop performant, reusable frontend components in React and TypeScript

• Ensure pixel-perfect implementation of sophisticated UI/UX designs

• Conduct code reviews and promote Clean Code and Test-Driven Development

• Recognize technical debt and propose targeted measures to reduce it

• Maintain high development standards with Unit, Integration, and E2E tests and technical documentation

• Optimize web performance (Core Web Vitals) and ensure accessibility (a11y)

• Support maintenance and optimization of frontend build pipelines and test environments

• Collaborate with Product Management on requirements, realistic effort estimation, and effective implementation

• Participate in decisions about technology direction and tool/framework selection in the React ecosystem

• Support monitoring, error tracking, and operational excellence for developed applications

• Continuously improve frontend CI/CD processes

Requirements

• 3+ years of practical frontend development experience (ideally in e-commerce)

• Excellent knowledge of TypeScript and React

• Modern HTML and CSS (SASS/LESS, CSS-in-JS, or Tailwind)

• Strong quality focus on Clean Code, testing (e.g., Jest, Cypress, Playwright), and technical documentation

• Experience with automated test processes (Unit, Integration, E2E)

• Understanding of performance optimization (Core Web Vitals) and accessibility (a11y)

• Knowledge of handling REST APIs and GraphQL

• Experience with CI/CD tools and Docker

• Advantage: Knowledge of Flutter and Dart for collaboration between Web and Mobile

• Advantage: Architectural concepts such as Micro-Frontends, Domain Driven Design (DDD), or Self-Contained Systems

• Strong communication skills and a cooperative, feedback-driven mindset
