Description

You will build and scale enterprise-grade, responsive web applications with strong focus on persona-based, workflow-driven user experiences. The role emphasizes designing and maintaining a component library or design system, optimizing front-end performance (Core Web Vitals), and implementing UI testing, CI/CD quality gates, and telemetry. You will also collaborate on BFF/API workflows and ensure accessibility and enterprise usability best practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop responsive front-end applications using modern JavaScript/TypeScript

• Work with an enterprise UI framework (React strongly preferred)

• Design, scale, and maintain a component library or design system

• Apply persona-based UX patterns, role-based navigation, and workflow-driven UI

• Optimize UI performance with Core Web Vitals

• Implement front-end testing automation and CI/CD quality gates

• Instrument UI telemetry for analytics, error monitoring, and performance insights

• Collaborate on BFF patterns and API contract optimization

• Ensure accessibility compliance (WCAG) and enterprise usability

• Mentor engineering teams and communicate technical standards

Requirements

• 8+ years of software engineering experience with significant front-end development depth

• 5+ years building responsive web applications using modern JavaScript/TypeScript

• Expertise with at least one enterprise-grade UI framework (React strongly preferred)

• Proven experience with a component library or design system

• Strong understanding of persona-based UX patterns, role-based navigation, and workflow-driven UI

• Solid experience with front-end performance optimization and Core Web Vitals

• Hands-on experience with front-end testing frameworks, automating quality gates, and CI/CD pipelines

• Proficiency in Git and collaborative code review workflows

• Experience instrumenting UI telemetry for analytics, error monitoring, and performance insights

• Familiarity with BFF patterns and API contract collaboration

• Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and enterprise usability best practices

• Ability to guide and mentor teams and communicate technical standards effectively
