Description

Lead the ERP Basis & Development function to ensure stable ERP operations and drive further development. Manage international ERP projects and rollouts and coordinate resources, budgets, and external service providers while partnering with business teams to implement efficient process and system solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the ERP systems used internally: support, basis, permissions, development, integration, forms, supply chain, and international ERP rollouts

• Ensure stable operation and continuous enhancement of ERP systems

• Lead international ERP projects and rollouts

• Manage resources, budgets, and external service providers

• Collaborate with business departments to implement efficient business processes and system solutions

Requirements

• Completed degree in business informatics, computer science, business administration, or comparable relevant vocational training

• Very good SAP knowledge in S/4HANA (required)

• Knowledge of other ERP systems (e.g., Ramsauer & Stürmer) (desirable)

• Very good project and process management skills

• Experience combining disciplinary leadership responsibility with technical project leadership

• Experience in ERP project management, rollout, and integration

• Several years of ERP experience and strong leadership capability

• Strong communication skills plus very good German and English (written and spoken)

• High intercultural competence and willingness for international travel for various projects
