Description

You will lead and grow a cross-functional SAP team and support the organization in delivering a strategic transformation program for the entire group. You will help ensure the SAP team is effectively integrated into strategic organizational projects and contribute to the further development of the SAP Competence Center.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop a multi-functional SAP team

• Support the team in meeting goals and advancing its competencies

• Identify team strengths and develop skills needed for future challenges

• Ensure effective inclusion of the SAP team in strategic projects

• Co-create the continued development of the SAP Competence Center

• Build a collaborative, responsible work environment with open communication

• Support resolution of challenges and conflicts within the team

Requirements

• Experience managing a team

• Ability to develop people and build engaged teams

• Motivation to grow in a leadership/management role

• Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills

• Responsibility, independence, and structured way of working

• Ability to set goals and help the team achieve them

• Very good English (spoken and written)

• Strong knowledge of the SAP landscape gained as a Consultant, Architect, Project Manager, or similar
