Quick Facts

  • Senior individual contributor role reporting to the Head of Design
  • Remote with UK or US time zone alignment and regular overlap with CST

Description

You’ll design end-to-end social experiences: the Meta ad or social creative, the landing page, and the quiz/comparison/assessment (or partner) experience that follows. As a senior digital designer, you’ll connect the ad promise to the post-click destination as one system and create mobile-first, conversion-focused experiences. You’ll also use AI to explore ideas, prototype interactions, and test multiple directions quickly.

Responsibilities

  • Design full experiences from social: landing pages, listicles, comparison pages, quizzes, assessments, calculators, and partner experiences optimized for mobile and a clear single action
  • Concept creative that leads there and collaborate with Paid Social and Demand Gen to produce genuinely different visual and conceptual routes
  • Connect ad and destination by carrying promise, message, and visual language through the entire journey
  • Use AI to explore ideas, prototype experiences, and produce creative faster
  • Design from what you learn by using performance insights with Data and Paid Social to shape iterations
  • Build reusable systems using components, page patterns, and creative frameworks to speed experiments
  • Raise the design bar by mentoring designers on visual craft and AI-assisted workflows

Requirements

  • 8+ years in product, digital, or experience design with meaningful growth, acquisition, or consumer experience work
  • Strong portfolio showing end-to-end digital experiences and excellent visual design (typography, hierarchy, composition, art direction, mobile design, conversion-focused work)
  • Experience designing for paid traffic with examples of how experimentation changed design decisions
  • Working knowledge of demand generation and performance marketing, including funnels, CTR, CPL, CPA, and creative testing
  • Strong product and interaction design fundamentals for mobile and conversion-focused experiences
  • Clear view on where AI improves the work and where it does not
  • Confidence presenting work and explaining design decisions to marketing, product, engineering, and data partners
