Description

Own design for Reddit’s Ads ecosystem, helping shape tools and experiences for advertisers. Translate complex data and workflows into clear, intuitive interfaces that support performance understanding, optimization, and account management (including permissions and identity). Ensure ads experiences feel native to Reddit’s community culture while building trust and simplifying complexity.

Responsibilities

• Understand diverse advertiser needs and translate them into features that help businesses grow

• Drive alignment across diverse teams through exploration, storytelling, communication, and presentation

• Identify strategic, non-obvious opportunities to improve ads platform experiences

• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, researchers, data scientists, and other cross-functional partners

• Execute across the full design lifecycle, from early concepts and systems thinking to polished workflows and delivery

Requirements

• 6+ years of UX/UI design experience with a strong portfolio for web and mobile

• Strong product sensibilities with a mix of B2B and B2C experience (advertising tooling experience is a plus)

• Comfort working with complexity and ambiguity

• Strong communication skills when partnering across the company

• Humble, curious, and motivated to ship the best product
