Description

As a Senior UI/UX Designer, you will research, design, and maintain enterprise-grade digital experiences. You will own the end-to-end design lifecycle—from translating business requirements into intuitive user experiences and interactive prototypes to building responsive, accessible, component-driven front-end interfaces and conducting usability testing. You’ll collaborate with product managers, business analysts, software engineers, QA, and stakeholders in an Agile environment to deliver high-quality digital products.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HCI, Graphic Design, Computer Science, Information Technology, Digital Media, or a closely related discipline

• 6+ years of professional experience designing and developing production-grade web or mobile applications with a strong UX/UI emphasis

• Strong understanding of user-centered design methodologies, information architecture, interaction design, accessibility standards (including WCAG), and responsive design

• Advanced working knowledge of Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, TypeScript, and modern front-end frameworks such as React

• Hands-on production experience with responsive UIs, interactive prototypes, reusable design systems, component libraries, and scalable front-end architectures

• Proven experience developing front-end applications using React (Angular or Vue familiarity is a plus)

• Knowledge of responsive web design, CSS frameworks, browser compatibility, accessibility, and front-end optimization/UI performance best practices

• Experience with Git-based version control workflows, Agile development methodologies, design collaboration, developer handoff processes, and release management

• Hands-on experience integrating front-end applications with RESTful APIs, cloud-hosted applications, authentication systems, and modern deployment environments

• Strong analytical thinking, usability evaluation, debugging, communication, and stakeholder management skills
