Description

Design end-to-end customer experiences for strategic, worldwide AWS sales initiatives, from big-picture conception to execution. You’ll create designs for complex workflows and agentic/AI experiences at global scale, using design thinking and strong communication to align priorities and product vision. You’ll lead design direction, collaborate cross-functionally, and improve user experience health through quantitative and qualitative measures.

Responsibilities

• Lead design for new and existing solutions, owning end-to-end experience from concept to execution
• Negotiate priorities, align on customer problems, and shape product vision
• Design complex workflows and balance divergent user perspectives across technologies
• Build and maintain stakeholder relationships with cross-functional teams and end users
• Integrate designs seamlessly into agentic experiences and drive UX health measurement
• Scale design processes and mechanisms across multiple solutions, raising design quality and holistic thinking

Requirements

• 7+ years of design experience
• Bachelor’s degree or above in design or Human-Computer Interaction (HCI)
• 6+ years in a UX designer, interaction designer, information architect, or similar design-related role
• 4+ years creating user flows, wireframes, mockups, and generating assets/specifications for integration
• 5+ years in a UX designer, interaction designer, information architect, or similar design-related role
• Knowledge of design principles (Typography, Composition, Scale, Color Theory)
• Highly proficient using design software and AI tools
