Description

You’ll support and stabilize the T1-S Vantage and True:SCADA applications by troubleshooting complex production issues and driving root-cause resolutions. The role blends application support, data analysis, API/web debugging, and infrastructure monitoring, with a clear path toward deeper software development. You’ll work in a biweekly sprint cycle and communicate outcomes to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in production for mission-critical applications

• Write SQL queries to analyze data issues, database performance, and data integrity

• Diagnose issues across REST APIs, web applications, and backend services

• Partner with developers to identify root causes, implement fixes, and deploy changes

• Support and monitor Windows and Linux systems and services

• Proactively identify recurring issues and implement improvements to reduce support load

• Communicate findings and resolutions clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field and/or equivalent experience

• 3-5 years of professional experience in software development, application support, or similar technical role

• Experience working in production environments handling real system issues

• Legally authorized to work in the United States (no employment-based visa sponsorship)
