Description

Build and deliver scalable software solutions that impact customers, spanning product definition through design, coding, testing, deployment, and ongoing operations. You’ll collaborate with customers and stakeholders to ensure real business and customer value, while driving root-cause resolution for operational issues. You’ll also mentor engineers and evaluate new tools and generative AI capabilities to improve productivity and solution quality.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement software solutions that improve quality, performance, and maintainability across major portions of team systems.

• Contribute across the full software development lifecycle, identifying and resolving root causes of operational issues.

• Collaborate with customers, stakeholders, and peers to understand business and customer value.

• Mentor and coach engineers through code reviews and knowledge sharing; help train new team members on architecture and operational practices.

• Evaluate new tools, approaches, and generative AI capabilities; recommend adoption to the team.

Requirements

• 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience

• 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture experience (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems

• 1+ years designing and developing large-scale, multi-tiered, multi-threaded, embedded or distributed software applications/tools/systems/services using C#, C++, Java, or Perl

• 1+ years of Object Oriented Design experience

• Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field
