Description

You’ll support business-critical applications and infrastructure in a highly technical environment, combining DevOps, systems administration, production support, and application engineering. The role focuses on troubleshooting complex, distributed systems, automating infrastructure and operational processes, and delivering long-term improvements to platform stability, scalability, and reliability. You will take ownership of complex technical problems and drive them to resolution.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot production issues in complex distributed systems
• Automate infrastructure and operational processes
• Investigate root causes of production incidents and implement sustainable solutions
• Improve platform stability, scalability, and reliability

Requirements

• 8+ years of professional IT experience, including application development, production support and/or DevOps
• Relevant degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related technical field
• Evidence of continuous professional development and willingness to expand technical expertise
• Red Hat certifications are preferred
