Description

Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain enterprise-grade full-stack applications for legal operations, matter and document management, regulatory compliance, and business process automation. Build responsive web applications with React and secure backend services and RESTful APIs with Java and Spring Boot, including cloud-native microservices and event-driven architectures. Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment to modernize enterprise legal technology.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain enterprise applications across the full technology stack.

• Build modern, responsive, scalable web applications using React and modern UI frameworks.

• Develop secure, high-performing backend services and RESTful APIs using Java and Spring Boot.

• Develop and support matter management, legal operations, and document management solutions.

• Implement integrations across legal platforms, claims systems, document repositories, and enterprise applications.

• Create workflow-driven solutions for legal intake, matter lifecycle management, document processing, and regulatory compliance.

• Build cloud-native microservices and enterprise integrations; optimize performance, reliability, scalability, and availability.

• Use event-driven messaging (e.g., Kafka or Azure Service Bus) and implement authentication/authorization and security controls.

• Develop responsive UIs with JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3; improve usability and accessibility.

• Design and support data models and solutions using MongoDB and relational databases like SQL Server and Oracle.

• Contribute to CI/CD, deployment automation, containerized operations with Docker and Kubernetes, and support monitoring/observability and production troubleshooting.

• Participate in Agile ceremonies and translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of professional experience as a Full Stack Software Engineer.

• Experience designing and developing enterprise applications and integrations.

• Experience with distributed messaging platforms such as Kafka or Azure Service Bus.

• Strong understanding of cloud-native application development principles.

• Experience working with Docker and Kubernetes.

• Experience with relational databases (SQL Server, Oracle) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, DocumentDB).

• Knowledge of secure coding practices, authentication, authorization, and application security.

• Experience developing and deploying in Microsoft Azure and/or AWS.

• CI/CD tool experience (e.g., Azure DevOps, GitHub, Jenkins).

• Ability to support production environments with monitoring and troubleshooting.

• Preferred: experience with matter management, legal operations, case management, claims systems, or document management platforms.
