Description

Provide acute care physical therapy by evaluating patient needs, developing individualized treatment plans, and delivering evidence-based interventions to restore function, mobility, reduce pain, and improve independence after illness, injury, or surgery. Partner with patients, families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams using ongoing assessment and patient-centered communication. Provide clinical leadership by supervising physical therapist assistants and rehabilitation aides and serving as a clinical instructor for students, while maintaining regulatory and accreditation standards.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program
• PT-Physical Therapist licensure (or approved license applicant/resident training program employee)
• BLS (Basic Life Support) Healthcare Provider certification
• Recent relevant experience
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a demanding environment
• Knowledge and application of professional practice and regulatory requirements

• Pay range: $63.78 to $89.28 per hour (based on primary work location)
