Description

Emergency Medicine Physician needed for a locum opportunity in Florida. You will provide coverage in a 13-bed ED with single-physician shifts and dedicated senior ER support, with APP support varying by season.

Responsibilities

• Provide emergency medicine clinical care during 7a–7p and 7p–7a coverage

• Manage patient flow with an expected ~15% admit rate

• Use MEDHOST EMR for documentation and care workflows

Requirements

• MD/DO

• Emergency Medicine preferred; Family Medicine/Internal Medicine accepted

• Minimum 3 years experience and 2000 ER hours

• ACLS, PALS, and ATLS certifications

• Active Florida license or ability to obtain
