Description

We are seeking an experienced Emergency Medicine Physician for a locum Emergency Medicine opportunity in Florida. The position provides AM/PM 10–12 hour coverage in a Comprehensive Stroke Center with a strong acuity mix. Coverage starts January 2027 and continues ongoing until a permanent hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide emergency department clinical care during assigned shifts
• Work with on-site EM physicians and APP coverage
• Manage patients in a high-acuity environment with a comprehensive stroke program

Requirements

• MD or DO
• Board Certified in Emergency Medicine (ABMS)
• All experience levels considered
• Case logs likely required
