Description

Provide Emergency Department (ED) physician coverage with scheduled shifts in a Level 3 trauma center, including outpatient coverage needs. The assignment runs from 12/08/26 to 01/23/27 with daytime hours (8am–8pm) and requires an onsite orientation one day before the first assigned shift block. Charting is completed in Meditech.

Responsibilities

• Provide ED physician care during scheduled shift blocks

• Manage an average daily patient volume of 30–36 patients

• Complete documentation using Meditech

Requirements

• Michigan or IMLC license required

• Emergency Medicine board certification required (board eligible accepted)

• Onsite orientation required 1 day prior to the first shift block
