• Schedule: 7 on / 7 off, 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM (no call)

• Volume: 10–15 patients per shift

Description

Provide inpatient rounding on assigned patients and perform neurological consults and stroke-related coverage with no admissions required. Supervise APPs supporting Monday–Friday coverage, with potential weekend needs. Night coverage runs from 7:00 PM–7:00 AM.

Responsibilities

• Rounding on assigned inpatient patients

• Neurological consults

• Stroke care coverage

• Supervision of advance practice providers (no resident/teaching supervision)

Requirements

• MD/DO credential

• Board eligible or board certified in Neurology

• Active Missouri state medical license
