Description

Join a fast-growing outpatient nephrology practice providing comprehensive renal care across inpatient and outpatient settings. The role covers AKI/CKD management, peritoneal dialysis, hemodialysis, plasmapheresis, CRRT, and pre/post kidney transplant follow-up, with hospitalist support available 24/7 for admissions. Coverage is primarily one hospital (possibly two in the future), and the group supports multiple dialysis clinics in the area.

Responsibilities

• Provide inpatient and outpatient nephrology care

• Manage AKI and CKD

• Coordinate dialysis care (peritoneal and hemodialysis)

• Provide plasmapheresis and CRRT services

• Conduct pre- and post-kidney transplant nephrology follow-up

• Participate in shared call coverage

Requirements

• BE/BC in Nephrology

• Ability to handle both inpatient and outpatient responsibilities

• Participate in call schedule (1 out of 5; every 5th weekend)

• No visa sponsorship available
