Description

Join an established and growing outpatient primary care practice with strong patient demand and an existing waitlist. You will provide comprehensive primary care, including evaluation and management of acute and chronic conditions, preventive care, and coordinated referrals. The role emphasizes continuity of care and long-term patient relationships in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care services

• Evaluate, diagnose, and manage acute and chronic conditions

• Develop individualized treatment plans

• Provide preventive care and health screenings

• Manage a diverse adult patient population

• Coordinate care and referrals with specialists when needed

• Establish and maintain long-term patient relationships

Requirements

• MD or DO

• Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine

• Current and unrestricted Maryland medical license

• 5–20 years of primary care experience

• Non-specialized Family Medicine or Internal Medicine background

• Stateside U.S. medical graduate

• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
