Quick Facts

• Outpatient only (no inpatient responsibilities)
• Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM (weekends off)
• Average patient load: 10–15 patients per day

Description

Provide compassionate, high-quality primary care for senior patients in an outpatient setting. You will manage chronic conditions, deliver wellness and preventive care, ensure thorough documentation and follow-up, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team. The role offers strong work-life balance with no call and no weekend hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, high-quality primary care for senior patients
• Manage chronic conditions, conduct wellness exams, and provide preventive care
• Build lasting relationships with patients and their families
• Ensure thorough documentation and follow-up for all patient care
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care

Requirements

• MD or DO with board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatrics
• Passion for working with the senior population
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently with the support of a collaborative team
