Description

Ongoing locum tenens opportunity for a board-certified/board-eligible General Cardiologist providing outpatient cardiology, hospital rounding, and scheduled night/weekend call in Pennsylvania. Responsibilities include general cardiology clinic work plus diagnostic reads and procedures such as nuclear medicine reads, stress testing, TEE, and cardioversions.

Responsibilities

• Provide general cardiology outpatient care

• Perform/interpret nuclear medicine reads

• Conduct stress testing

• Manage TEE and cardioversions

• Perform echo monitoring and inpatient rounding

• Support in-lab coverage approximately 3 days/week

• Share weekend rounding responsibilities with low callback volume

Requirements

• BC/BE in Cardiology

• Nuclear Medicine boarded

• Echocardiography boarded

• CT boarded preferred (but not required)

• Minimum 1 year of experience

• Active Pennsylvania license or IMLC

• DEA required

• Epic experience preferred

• Clean credentialing file preferred

• Availability for all listed dates (1–2 weeks RTO may be considered)
