• Week 2: Outpatient clinic coverage (Mon–Fri, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM)

Description

Provide cardiology care spanning hospital consults, inpatient call, and outpatient clinic visits on a repeating two-week rotation. You will conduct inpatient cardiology consults, interpret diagnostic studies, and manage outpatient evaluations and care. Services include hospital consults, TEEs, echocardiograms, nuclear cardiology testing, and general cardiology call coverage.

Responsibilities

• Inpatient cardiology consults

• Hospital call coverage during assigned weeks

• Diagnostic interpretation

• Outpatient evaluation and management

Requirements

• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Cardiology (Board Eligible accepted)

• Active Pennsylvania Medical License

• DEA required

• Ability to perform and interpret echocardiograms

• Ability to perform and interpret transesophageal echocardiograms (TEE)

• Ability to perform and interpret nuclear stress testing

• Comfortable managing inpatient consults and outpatient clinic patients

• Strong communication and collaboration skills
