• Monthly coverage requires two physicians to support two weeks of call and two weeks of clinic.

Description

This locum tenens cardiology opportunity alternates inpatient call coverage with outpatient clinic management. You will manage inpatient cardiology consults and diagnostic interpretation, as well as outpatient evaluation and management. Services include hospital consults, TEEs, echocardiograms, nuclear cardiology testing, and general cardiology call coverage.

Requirements

• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Cardiology (Board Eligible accepted).
• Active Pennsylvania Medical License.
• DEA required.
• Ability to perform and interpret echocardiograms.
• Ability to perform and interpret transesophageal echocardiograms (TEE).
• Ability to perform and interpret nuclear stress testing.
• Comfortable managing inpatient consults and outpatient clinic patients.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
