Description

Provide rotating locum tenens coverage with one week of inpatient hospital call (7:00 AM Monday to 7:00 AM the following Monday) followed by one week of outpatient clinic coverage (Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM). You will manage inpatient cardiology consults and diagnostic interpretation, and provide outpatient evaluation and management. Services include hospital consults, TEE, echocardiograms, nuclear cardiology testing, and general cardiology call coverage.

Requirements

• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Cardiology (Board Eligible accepted)

• Active Pennsylvania Medical License

• DEA required

• Ability to perform and interpret echocardiograms

• Ability to perform and interpret transesophageal echocardiograms (TEE)

• Ability to perform and interpret nuclear stress testing

• Comfortable managing inpatient consults and outpatient clinic patients

• Strong communication and collaboration skills
