• Coverage model: Ongoing locum tenens with long-term potential; full-time preferred or recurring one-week blocks each month

Description

Ongoing Maternal-Fetal Medicine locum tenens coverage in York, Pennsylvania with flexible weekday scheduling and a supportive clinical team. The role is outpatient-focused and centers on high-risk pregnancy evaluation and advanced maternal-fetal diagnostic procedures. Strong ultrasound diagnostic skills are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform and interpret ultrasound exams, including Level II targeted ultrasounds
• Conduct fetal echocardiography
• Perform amniocentesis and other genetic procedures
• Manage pregnancy-induced hypertension, HELLP syndrome, and diabetes (Type I, II, and gestational)
• Consult and manage cardiac, pulmonary, renal, neurological, autoimmune, and hematologic disorders
• Evaluate placenta previa/abruption and multiple gestations

Requirements

• BC/BE in Maternal Fetal Medicine
• Pennsylvania license OR IMLC
• DEA and BLS
• Minimum 1 year of experience preferred
