Description

Own high-velocity, mid-complexity vendor sourcing workflows from intake through onboarding, review, approval, contracting, and go-live. Coordinate a portfolio of agreed sourcing requests across core product areas, ensuring structure, accuracy, and dependable follow-through while protecting governance, compliance, and economics.

Responsibilities

  • Structure contracts and pricing models to preserve optionality and minimize long-term lock-in and switching costs

  • Maintain accurate deal records, status updates, decisions, and next actions

  • Support sourcing requests, renewals, evaluations, and change orders

  • Act as the control plane between product teams and external dependencies to balance speed and governance

Requirements

  • 5+ years experience leading technology partnerships, sourcing, or commercial negotiations in a high-growth, product-driven environment

  • Strong cross-functional leadership across Product, Engineering, Legal, Security, and Finance

  • Experience negotiating commercial, technical, and data-driven agreements with technology vendors

  • Comfort operating in regulated or high-risk domains (payments, identity, data, financial or health-adjacent infrastructure)

  • Ability to move fast in ambiguity while maintaining commercial discipline, compliance, and risk awareness

  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate pricing models, volume ramps, FX exposure, and vendor risk in context of revenue and product growth

  • Ownership mindset to independently drive deals, resolve blockers, and close outcomes impacting product launches and revenue

Benefits

Enable faster product launches and better vendor partnerships at scale while maintaining strong governance and compliance.
