Description

Collaborate on a platform for managing assortment data that supports internal purchasing teams with offer processing, supplier interactions, and article creation/labeling—enhanced by AI solutions. The project is built from scratch and combines modern backend and frontend development. You’ll integrate AI components and deliver maintainable, production-ready results.

Responsibilities

• Design and build backend solutions in Python, from idea through production deployment.

• Support and implement a modern, high-performance React-based frontend layer.

• Integrate AI solutions into the platform.

• Use AI-assisted developer tools (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor) to improve efficiency, support code review, and aid architectural decision-making.

• Deliver high-quality technical solutions with strong maintainability and potential for future development.

Requirements

• Polish (minimum C1) and English (minimum B2).

• Several years of professional software development experience, especially with Python.

• Experience in projects requiring high technical responsibility.

• Readiness to work in a “You build it, you run it” model.

• Practical experience with AI-assisted programming; an AI-native approach is important.

• Interest in integrating AI solutions.

• High willingness to learn and openness to new technologies.
