Description

You will build and iterate on real AI/ML and automation products. The role includes writing, testing, debugging, and maintaining Python code on Linux, plus prototyping solutions and converting them into maintainable systems. You’ll also use AI tools in your daily work to speed up development, research, and debugging.

Responsibilities

• Write, test, debug, and maintain Python code on Linux

• Develop internal tools, automation, and systems supporting technical teams

• Work on AI/ML solutions: LLMs, agents, generative tools, detection, and predictive models

• Rapidly prototype solutions and turn them into working, maintainable systems

• Analyze errors, find root causes, and propose concrete fixes

• Collaborate with more experienced developers on design, implementation, and optimization

• Work in short iterations with a strong feedback loop

• Use AI tools daily to increase the speed of development, research, and debugging

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of Python and good software development practices

• Ability to work in a Linux environment

• Experience with AI tools, language models, agents, or your own AI-based projects

• Ability to independently analyze and debug technical problems

• Willingness to learn new technologies quickly and work on real systems

• Take responsibility for delivering tasks to completion

• Clear communication about what works, what doesn’t, where you’re stuck, and what you need
