Description

You will create, enhance, and implement scalable and secure solutions using Python and modern cloud platforms. The role covers web applications, APIs, data pipelines, AI/ML models, and automation, with close collaboration across product, operations, and engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Build high-quality Python solutions for web apps, APIs, data pipelines, AI/ML models, and automation
• Design and manage cloud-based architectures on AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Develop scalable microservices and serverless applications using cloud-native tools
• Optimize data pipelines and workflows with Python and serverless services (AWS Lambda, Azure Functions, GCP Cloud Functions)
• Ensure reliability and scalability with best practices, automated testing, and monitoring
• Collaborate to define requirements, refine features, and deliver solutions
• Set up CI/CD pipelines for efficient cloud deployments
• Investigate production issues and improve performance
• Stay current with Python and cloud advancements
• Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
• 5+ years of Python development, including Django, Flask, or FastAPI
• Commercial cloud experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
• Hands-on experience with cloud-native technologies, including Docker, Kubernetes, and serverless frameworks
• Experience designing RESTful APIs and integrating third-party services
• Knowledge of relational and non-relational databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL; MongoDB/DynamoDB)
• Familiarity with Agile, Git, and unit testing
• CI/CD experience with tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or AWS CodePipeline
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication and collaboration
