Description

You will build production-ready backend components using Python frameworks such as FastAPI, Django, or Flask. You’ll collaborate with experienced developers and PMs, work with PostgreSQL/Supabase databases and Docker, and take part in code reviews, knowledge sharing, and R&D mini-projects. The role also encourages experimentation with AI-powered tools and automation to improve the development workflow.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain backend components in Python (FastAPI, Django, or Flask)

• Collaborate on production-ready features with developers and PMs

• Work with databases (Supabase, PostgreSQL) and Docker

• Experiment with AI-powered tools and automation

• Participate in code reviews, knowledge-sharing, and R&D mini-projects

Requirements

• 1+ year of commercial experience in backend development

• Solid understanding of Python fundamentals (OOP, REST APIs, Git)

• Curiosity to learn new stacks (e.g., Ruby on Rails, TypeScript, AI integrations)

• Willingness to do side projects, hackathons, or student club initiatives

• Problem-solving mindset, curiosity, and eagerness to understand how things work

• Communicative English (written and spoken)
