Description

Lead and manage one or more projects from definition to closure. You will plan and deliver end-to-end outcomes while proactively balancing scope, schedule, budget, and risks, and ensuring alignment with the organization’s wider change portfolio. You’ll collaborate closely with delivery managers and product owners and apply Agile (Scrum) and software delivery lifecycle knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Plan, mobilize, and direct projects from project definition to closure
• Own end-to-end planning and delivery, balancing scope, schedule, budget, risks, team, outcomes, and benefits
• Work with delivery managers and product owners to align projects with the change portfolio in Standards and Controls

Requirements

• Excellent communicator
• Excellent understanding of project management methodologies and best practice techniques
• Excellent understanding of Agile methodologies (particularly Scrum)
• Understanding of the software delivery lifecycle
• Strong understanding of how change drives benefits for customers and other stakeholders
• Proven ability to work across regions while maintaining a global perspective
