Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Product Lead with hands-on technical expertise and strong product leadership to drive product adoption and project delivery. You will manage a portfolio of data products, work with customers and business users to understand needs, and coordinate full-stack data engineering teams to deliver timely, high-quality outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead data products to be adopted, used, and to have impact at scale

• Manage a large portfolio of data products and define priorities across new initiatives and evolutions

• Collaborate with customers and business users to understand needs and pain points

• Translate insights into actionable, measurable improvements; prioritize features that maximize user value

• Assist sales teams by answering customer RFPs

• Lead and coordinate full-stack data engineers for timely and high-quality delivery

• Manage product delivery projects: sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release management

• Ensure clear communication of requirements, dependencies, and risks

• Ensure overall client success by tracking metrics for satisfaction, adoption, and solution performance

• Encourage adoption for internal deployments and advise on maximizing impact

• Consolidate project statuses and provide visibility

• Lead steering committees and communicate to executives

• Drive the portfolio roadmap and resource allocation

Requirements

• 8+ years in a similar role combining product management, delivery management, and client relationship management in data contexts

• Experience leading projects that consolidate data from multiple ERPs and CRMs

• Experience delivering data projects using Palantir, Snowflake, and Databricks

• Fluent English and French
