Description

You are responsible for planning, construction management, and execution of complex renovation and maintenance measures within projects. The position ensures projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to technical requirements, including early involvement of customers/users and coordination of trades and external engineering offices.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, construction management, and execution of complex renovation and maintenance measures
• Create performance specifications and tender documents
• Direct and coordinate all technical and construction trades
• Coordinate external engineering firms from concept through commissioning
• Involve customers/users early in the planning process
• Represent the client’s interests and coordinate schedule and cost control

Requirements

• Degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering (Dipl.-Ing. or Master)
• Several years of professional experience, preferably in industrial construction
• In-depth knowledge of all construction trades for office and production projects, with focus on HOAI performance phases 5–9
• Good knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office, plus SAP knowledge
