Description

Lead the design and delivery of high-performance, cloud-native Java applications in an international environment. You will own existing solutions and implement new functionality while supporting real-time, high-throughput data platforms. Contribute to architectural decisions and improve software delivery using AI-assisted development tools.

Responsibilities

• Take over responsibilities and knowledge from the current vendor
• Design, develop, and implement new application functionalities
• Maintain, enhance, and optimize existing applications
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and technology teams to deliver scalable solutions
• Support development of real-time, high-throughput data platforms
• Leverage AI-assisted development tools to improve software delivery and productivity

Requirements

• 12+ years of professional experience in software development with Java
• Strong hands-on experience with Java and Spring Boot
• Proven expertise in microservices and data streaming architectures
• Strong knowledge of security technologies, including Azure AD and OAuth
• Experience with AI-assisted software development practices
• Deep understanding of computer science fundamentals and the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
• Excellent communication skills to translate business requirements into technical solutions and collaborate across global teams
