Description

You’ll design and implement new features and change requests across the full technology stack, ensuring strong software quality through code standards and refactoring. The role involves daily communication with colleagues in Kraków and other international units to deliver in a multi-location environment.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement new features and change requests across the full technology stack
• Follow code style rules, refactor, and apply established practices to maintain software quality
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues within and outside the team
• Communicate efficiently with colleagues in Kraków and other units on a daily basis

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Java development
• Hands-on experience with Spring and REST services
• Ability to work efficiently in a distributed, international team
• Communicative English (spoken and written)
• Very good command of Polish (minimum B2)
