Description

Join an expanding engineering team supporting a strategic initiative in the financial domain. You will design and build scalable back-end solutions in an ownership-driven environment, taking responsibility for the full software development lifecycle from requirements to deployment and monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Design and build scalable back-end solutions using Java and Spring Boot
• Own the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and monitoring
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Drive engineering excellence and mentor others

Requirements

• Proficiency in Java
• Strong experience with Spring Boot
• Experience with Kafka, Docker, and Kubernetes
• Solid knowledge of Hibernate and microservices architecture
• Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Strong understanding of unit testing, REST APIs, and security best practices
• Excellent communication skills, team collaboration, and an ownership mindset
• Fluent in English
• Must be located in Poland
• Hands-on Agile/Scrum experience
