Description

You will support real Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central implementation projects and gradually take ownership of your own tasks. The role combines business analysis (requirements and process modeling) with practical ERP work (configuration, functional testing, documentation, and end-user support). You’ll work closely with experienced consultants, analysts, and developers and participate in client workshops.

Responsibilities

• Analyze client business needs and requirements

• Participate in project meetings and client workshops

• Model and map business processes

• Translate business needs into implementable system solutions

• Configure selected areas of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central under supervision

• Prepare and perform functional tests

• Verify the correct operation of delivered solutions

• Collaborate with consultants, analysts, and developers

• Create project documentation, instructions, and process descriptions

• Support users during implementation and after system go-live

• Assist in triaging and resolving issues and tickets

• Gradually take responsibility for selected tasks and project areas

Requirements

• Higher education or studies in progress (preferred: economics, finance, IT, or related)

• Interest in business analysis, IT consulting, and ERP systems

• Logical problem-solving and analytical thinking

• Ability to translate user needs into concrete requirements/solutions

• Strong communication skills and teamwork

• Enjoys project work and client interaction

• Independent work style; able to take responsibility for assigned tasks

• Detail-oriented, engaged, and motivated to develop

• English B2+ for documentation and IT communication
