Description

You will analyze business and system requirements to support ERP implementations and ongoing ERP system development. The role focuses on business process analysis and optimization opportunities, producing functional requirement documentation and translating business needs into system solutions with technical and business teams. You will also validate that implemented solutions meet business requirements and support functional testing.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business and system requirements for ERP implementations and ERP system development

• Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for optimization

• Create analytical documentation and specifications of functional requirements

• Translate business needs into system solutions in collaboration with technical and business teams

• Participate in analytical workshops and consult key stakeholders

• Verify implemented solutions against business requirements

• Support functional testing and identify/analyze nonconformities

• Collaborate with ERP project teams and ERP system vendors during implementation stages

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in analysis work for IT systems projects

• Experience in ERP implementation projects, including business and system requirements analysis

• Knowledge of business processes and ERP system functionalities

• Ability to analyze and document requirements and collaborate with business and technology stakeholders

• Analytical thinking, independent problem-solving, and effective teamwork

• Higher education

• Current ITIL certificate at a level higher than Foundation
