Description

You will support ERP projects end-to-end—starting with pre-implementation analysis, then designing and configuring the solution for clients (enova365 or Streamsoft). The role includes running implementation projects, training end users, and preparing project documentation while collaborating with implementation and development teams. You will also join client meetings both on-site and online.

Responsibilities

• Conduct pre-implementation analyses for clients

• Develop ERP implementation concepts

• Configure and parameterize enova365 and/or Streamsoft

• Lead ERP implementation projects

• Train and support end users

• Prepare project documentation

• Cooperate with implementation and development teams

• Participate in client meetings (on-site and online)

Requirements

• Experience in ERP implementations (enova365 or Streamsoft)

• Knowledge of business processes in areas such as trade, accounting, warehouse, or logistics

• Ability to analyze client needs and deliver implementation projects

• Basic knowledge of databases

• Driver’s license category B and willingness for occasional travel to clients

• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills

• Communication skills and a partnership approach with clients
